I am a relationship coach, a pastor, a conference/seminar speaker, and the author of two books – Tools for a Great Marriage and Tools for a Great Marriage Devotional. I have taught for more than 45 years on marriage, parenting, and personal growth topics. My wife, Debbie, and I were married in 2022 following the deaths of our spouses. While still newly married, we have a wealth of real-world marital experience – I was married to Cindy for 45 years and Debbie to Rick for 34 years. In addition to speaking together, we coach married couples and couples preparing for marriage.
Our goal is to uplift and empower individuals and couples with practical, Christ-centered insights that inspire them to tackle relational challenges together!
Since graduating from Bible college in 1973, I’ve had the incredible journey of serving in pastoral ministry! It’s amazing to reflect on all those years of preaching and sharing inspiration in countless church and conference settings. While I’m officially retired from full-time church ministry, I’m still passionately involved in preaching and teaching wherever God opens a door. I truly enjoy every moment of it!

Sermons
I’m available to preach on Sundays as pulpit supply or for a planned series. My approach is gospel-centered and practical, with frequent themes including marriage and family, discipleship, and leadership. I can serve for a single Sunday or a short multi-week sequence. Based in East Tennessee from mid-October to May and in New Hampshire from May to October, I’m willing to travel as needed.
